If you have access to the cacao fruit, you could mix in raw milk and raw honey.
Just a theory, I've never done that.... we do have access to cacao fruit.

Health food stores have raw cacao beans that can be eaten straight,or could be ground up with banana / honey ...

Like coffee - the raw beans will not taste anything like what you expect - they need fermentation.

I have been able to find only one company that makes a powered cacao that I believe never reaches high temperatures (from talking with people intimately involved in such things and watching videos with the temperatures being tested) - Essential Living Foods.

I'd love to taste the flesh of the cacao fruit. Have you had it GS? What is it like?
