Hi Glenn. I was lucky enough to dine with Korean people recently. These friends like raw beef liver. They eat it with sesame oil for dipping, salt and pepper (black). I ate it with sliced avocado instead. I served it sliced a little less than half the size of sashimi bites along-side some fresh kim-chi. Setting is important as well. We ate it comfortably seated on the terrace of our timeshare, viewing the breathtakingly beautiful red rock mountains. So, maybe make it into a special occasion, a pleasant memorable one. Perhaps you'll like it each time from then on, associating the memory with it.
