« on: July 27, 2012, 06:21:08 am »
Hello everyone. My name is Adam and I am glad to have found this forum. I didn't know there were communities were paleo practitioners could congregate. I am always looking to get tips from other paleo chefs and experts to exchange tips.

Look forward to getting to know you all!

Adam

This is a RAW paleo forum, so we do not cook our foods, including our animal foods.

Nonetheless, welcome!

Hey Adam.  Yes, we are raw, so there's not much chef-ing to do. Welcome!

I would say that some of us cook veggies and tubers, etc.  Sometimes lightly cooking meats.  To me, it's more about listening to the body.  Eventually, the body will evolve towards purer and purer foods.  Welcome, man.  So you a chef then?
