Colitis/ Crohn's

Hey, I have had ulcerative colitis for about 12 years. I'm guessing some people here adopted this diet to treat their colitis or crohn's. Anyone out there who who fits this description and wants to share  helpful tips on any necessary tweaks to the diet for IBD sufferers?

Check this site http://www.marksdailyapple.com there are a lot of people with Crohn and like problems. Definitely Paleo approach is the best way to repair yr GI (raw or cooked up to you). If you go for Raw Paleo than look around our site is you best choice.

    There was a study using helmintherapy for a group of people who had suffered ten years or more exhausting all standard medical treatments.
