I've been doing my level best to find images of cooked vs raw food particles taken on Scanning Electron Microscopes but so far no go, I'm going to have to get more creative, but in the mean time, anyone have links to such images?

I've seen kirlian photography of raw vs. cooked foods and that is fascinating, but would like to see particles themselves to get a better idea of what happens in the cooking process.

I'm teaching a class on raw animal foods soon at a local health food store and I'd like to print out some images to share when I talk about the effects of heating on food molecules/particles. Thanks!
