Shows many people are touch deprived.
I know I need a lot of hugging and snuggling.
I need to hug all my loved ones.

HEALING THE SPLEEN

In Chinese Medicine touch is key. The spleen apparently loves touch. So receiving touch in any way possible is good - hugs, massage, touching yourself, all these are ways to strengthen the spleen.
