Raw Eggs with Greens?

Fine, as long as you have no issues re allergy  with either. Most people here would find it fine.

Greens go very well with fats.  that's why you see people putting fatty dressings on salads.

Just make sure you're not having any food sensitivity to the greens.  I love their taste, but they cause my skin to be inflamed.
