Hey. Good for you on taking charge of your health.

Paleo's great, it eliminates grains, and therefore gluten. As well as dairy/casein.

Typically people who eat paleo also aim to eat healthy animal foods.

You'll find that raw paleo eliminates the real bad things, gluten, casein, etc. While also eliminating cooked foods, and therefore heat created toxins (heat creates toxins).

If you're going to eat raw animal foods, here's some suggestions so you don't get food poisoning.

Only eat meats from wild caught animals, or grass fed animals.

Here's some info on how safe grass fed animals are.

Welcome to the forum and good luck on your journey.
Disclaimer: I was told I was misdiagnosed over 10 years ago, and I haven't taken any medication in over a decade.
