Does anyone here eat only raw beef and the neighboring fat and raw organs? - No "partially cooked" raw beef half the time, no Oreo's on Sundays, no green vegetables, just raw beef and its fat/organs.
Theoretically I've been led to believe a human could sustain on just these things (and water). I am interested if it works for anyone.
Do you just want to sustain, or thrive?
I second the suggestion of checking out Lex's journal. He is one of the few who has reported doing fairly well for more than a few years on nearly only RAF (I think he said that he also sometimes eats Kerrygold butter and heated broth, and occasionally other foods, and he also takes some supplements).
I tried RAF-only for a few months after being challenged to try "zero carb," and out of curiosity after seeing the reported positive results of Lex and several others, to see if I would get any health benefits from any length of ZCing (though the strict ZC notion of minimizing or avoiding liver, brains, eggs and shellfish just because they contain carbs never made sense to me, and I had no plans to do that longterm). I felt great, but started developing worsening constipation, so I tested adding back other foods into my diet, and trying various foods that were new to me. For me it seemed to be a good intermittent therapy, rather than a good permanent WOE.
