Vericose veins on vagina
« on: March 27, 2014, 12:19:59 pm »
After childbirth, 12 years ago, I got a single vericose vein inside my labia  It was dark purple, and noticeable to myself when looking in the mirror.  I got another one about 6 years ago, and this one looked worse because it was longer,  and it sort of went in and out, so I went to the doctor to make sure it wasnt an STD or something.  (I wore panties that were way too tight on a long airplane flight). The doctor said that it was a vein, that it was fairly common and that it was possible for the skin to thicken around it and making it less noticeable, but that it would probably like that for life.  I asked about surgery but he said they wouldnt remove them surgically unless they gave me pain.  So basically no change for the last six years.  But tonight, my boyfriend and I were having sex in front of a mirror and we both noticed that I looked better down there.  The skin had lightened on my vagina, and upon cliser inspection my veins barely noticeable!  I have been following the primal diet for about two months.  I believe eating raw meat and drinking raw milk are the reason for this healing.

Nice story Sally,

Here is another suggestion. On this page check at the bottom for this section "
Varicose Veins and Oedema Cure?"
http://www.frex.com.au/ibt.html

BTW my wife and I have been doing IBT for a number of years.
Cheers
Al

I checked it out.  Seems a little counterintuitive, but interesting.  I might try setting up my bed that way if Im bored one of these days.

I do inclined bed therapy too.
I think it has many benefits.

I have a professional healer friend I tap for vein problems.  She's amazing. She specializes on veins and tendons.

Since we started IBT, my snoring has stopped, our backs feel stronger as well as ankles and legs. Breathing is reduced somewhere around 7 BPM, heart rate is reduced also about 10BPM. My wife sleeps better/sounder.

If you have any injury it will heal faster, because circulation is improved.

Many other things.

We even take plastic bed risers when we travel to hotels.
Cheers
