I just got this message via allexperts about the rawpaleodiet.com site. I'm inclined to ignore it as Craig said advertising would harm rankings and this product is unlikely to be rawpalaeo. But it's here for others to take note  of and comment on:-

I get offers like those in my health websites.
I just ignore them because there is no benefit for my websites.
I do not see how putting their link benefits the rawpaleodiet.com website.

It's spam.  I have gotten this exact email (iirc) directed to one of my sites.
