That one guys Journal
« on: May 21, 2011, 04:22:42 am »
The idea of doing a Journal sounds boring and tedious to me, but I will try for a few weeks to get some feedback.

I am going to have to go off my diet plan for a couple weeks because of lack of cash.

I ate some cooked animal foods today, bacon and eggs  :). Also some watermelon and bannana. Not exactly raw paleo I know.

I plan on doing a water fast for the rest of the weekend, reintroducing foods on monday. I have never done a fast that long so I curious as to how I will feel after. I will have to push my usual monday trip to the gym back to weds.

I haven't weighed in a while , but my estimate is 135 pounds. I am 5'9. I would like to gain 15-20 pounds, but with ulcerative colitis its very hard.

Well, I see blood in my stool nearly everytime I have a bowel movement. Other than that I am not sure what else to tell you. I am going to the doctors soon to run some tests, so I will know more soon.

I would immediately go into a diluted orange juice FAST, some 3 days.
(take 1 tablespoon of EVOO or VCO every morning as well)
Give yourself a cool water enema with some cayenne every night.
That combo should stop the bleeding.

I did something like that a few months ago but I used a coconut juice fast since I have access to coconuts in my country.

Thanks, I will at least try the enema with cayenne; I already have everything I need on hand.

In such conditions orange juices (even diluted) could be way too high in acidity! I would be careful. Papayas might be much better.

Whats the reasoning behind taking VCO? I'm considering buying some, but I am not sure how much help it will be.

Went to the doctors the other day. My weight is down to 129. Had to do some ct scans of my liver because they found a small growth there back in november. My birthday is tommorow ; Lots of cake and junk food for me , maybe even a little alcohol. ;) I am sure I will pay for afterward, but screw it, you only live once.  -v

You are light for 5'9. What's your facial srtucture like, do you have broad shoulders?

There was a guy who posted here recently who was skinny as hell but had good facial structure and broad shoulders and I could tell once he cleaned up his diet and committed to excercise he would heal fast as hell.

Yeah 160 would be ideal. 129 not good unless you want to run marathons.

I would say I have fairly broad shoulders though. Maybe I will add a picture one day someday so you can see for yourself.

Went to the dentist and I have 5 cavities.  :o
My mom is the dental hygienist who found the cavities and she keeps bugging me to get them filled, but I refuse to even consider it.
Is there anything special I can do to remineralize the teeth? Maybe I should buy Ramiel Nagel's book...

Thought I would start my journal up again so I can keep track of the food I am eating and how I feel.  I am out of work right now and can't afford to eat completely raw paleo.  Getting ready to eat steak cooked bloody rare.  Weight is 135.

Just thought I would share some more of my gloomy thoughts...I'll try not to break the forum.  Just kidding.

Not doing well at the moment.  Having really bad muscle cramps and pain.  I guess I just need to suck it up and stop crying so much.

Might be deficient in magnesium. Try a few mag supplements.

I was given magnesium by iv in the hospital and it didn't help much.  No matter what I am going to keep fighting and trying to better myself.

Who knows what the dosage was, though? I'd try the supplements and see what happens.
