You need to start bombing your gut with probiotic food and healthy bacteria.

https://www.rawpaleodietforum.com/index.php?topic=316.0
This thread has information on making ''high meat'' which is fermented meat, essentially.
It will help you digest your food and give you healthy bacteria to strenghten the gut.

Primal Diet / Re: Constipation or better absorption when eating High Meat

If anything, I am eating more volumes of food.

It happens every time, so far I think that it has something to do with absorbing more nutrients (or any, finally)

I didn't supplement fat but I got plenty from extra fatty ground beef that my butcher makes. I could try adding more fat to see what happens. I did however supplement fat once and I had the same reaction. The only variable seems to be high meat.

It's different though. When I eat exclusively raw meat I have 1 stool every morning. When I eat just a tiny bit of high meat I don't have a bowel movement for up to 3-5 days.

Primal Diet / Constipation or better absorption when eating High Meat
« on: January 17, 2019, 04:41:14 am »
Hey everyone.

When I eat high meat and raw meat or organs exclusively, I sometimes go for days without stool.
I don't feel constipated or anything, but when I eat any processed food/cooked food I have to take a shit immediately.

Does anyone know what could be happening in my body? is the bacteria from the high meat kept in the intestines for longer or something?

Primal Diet / Re: High Meat preparation questions
« on: January 02, 2019, 03:58:42 am »
Tried my almost 3 weeks old chicken livers yesterday. It did have some effect but still needs more time to age. I keep it at room temperature so it went faster than high meat that is kept refrigerated.

The best high meat I've had was 3 months old veal liver, so I'm planning on fermenting like 3/4 big jars of veal liver so that I always have enough high meat to eat. Every time one is close to being finished I'm just gonna fill up a new one.

Primal Diet / High Meat preparation questions
« on: December 31, 2018, 10:19:10 pm »
Hey,

Does anyone know if keeping the liquid that comes from the meat is better to keep in the jar or to take it out of the jar?
Somehow I think that my meat is not fermenting well because it is surrounded by liquid.

Another question, some of my high meats are turning into a brown sludge while others are swimming in a more see-through kind of liquid.
The difference in taste is noticable, does anyone else know what could be causing this difference?

I shudder at the notion of SB becoming just a youtube celeb. I read a while back about youtube stars carrying out endless fake pranks or really dangerous stunts in a desperate attempt to make enough money to live entirely off youtube profits on a regular basis. The fact is that youtube rakes in most of the profits from ads/product-placements etc. Better for SB to stay grounded in the real world for the most part.

He can choose not to monetize his channel. This means no advertisements which means no money for youtube (and SB). I say go for it, get with the times (although that is a dubious thing to say considering the nature of this forum).

Primal Diet / Re: High Meat for Candida
« on: December 13, 2018, 07:21:01 am »
Norawnofun, maybe the cooked meat prevented the bacteria from really doing it's thing. Dairy has also been blocking high meat effects for me. I read somewhere that it's not the best idea to take probiotic on an empty stomach. I might experiment with it myself and eat a piece of high meat before a meal, with a meal and immediately after a meal. Hopefully I can work up to a good schedule to regularly consume high meat.

Primal Diet / High Meat for Candida
« on: December 12, 2018, 07:33:28 am »
Hey

Couple of questions on high meat.

When is the best time to consume it? with a meal or before/after a meal?
I noticed that eating turkey stomachs gave me a very calming effect, can high meat do the same thing?
the problem is I eat around 200/300g of stomach when I want to feel really good. Could I achieve the same thing with lesser grams of high meat?

Whilst it would make more sense to look up or learn from people of a social status or a scientific association, I do believe that every new 'trend' or new diet sometimes needs the gurus, the ideologists or the show-offs, in order for a good idea, such as carnivourism, to spread and become more popular. I strongly doubt that if the German Nutrition Association DGE would do videos on youtube, many people would watch them. Considering that social media is one of the most effective tools to get things across. Instead, you have people like Sv3rige, which through their straightforward and sometimes radical approach, have more powerful abilities to spread "the message" of a good diet, rather than any 'well behaved' person or institution could ever achieve. So after the signal has been received, people will start to do their own research and that would be the time were the DGE or whichever institution has the evidence, should be able to show the scientific facts. Common people will always listen to the 'populists' first. Reasonable people are often considered boring and not worth listening to, at least by the masses. And these are the people that need to be reached.

Exactly. People like Sv3rige are opening up the door for new people that entertain a more scientific approach. It's merely a matter of time now until a famous person tries this diet and reports the positive effects. The dominos have been set into motion.

It's also worth noting that you very rarely have people going back to normal diets when they had a taste of a raw meat diet. The difference in health is so big that reverting back to old ways simply is not an option. The surge in popularity is by all means not just a trend, it's the start of something even bigger.

I think the raw/cooked carnivore diet will grow hard the coming years. More and more ex-vegans are turning to all meat diets.
A raw carnivore facebook group I am in has gained 200 members in 7 days.

Sabretooth/Derek,

Can you tell Primal Edge Health that you drink blood?
He made a remark about drinking blood being ''degeneracy'' on an instagram page of an ex-vegan.
It just seems so unlike Tristan from what I've seen from him.
Maybe you can open his mind about the subject, after all, he is interested enough in your story to invite you to his podcast.

Primal Diet / Eating Stomach For Candida - Tips/Experiences?
« on: November 21, 2018, 07:45:25 am »
Hey,

I am going to try and eat some stomach, I might incorporate it in my diet more often if it's succesful.
Reason being I am curing candida and I have noticed that when I kill a lot of candida my stomach acid is not as strong as it is normally.
This results in having sleepless nights because of magnesium malabsorption, low sex drive and a sort of depression emotionally.
I know that when I don't kill candida for a week and let my system clean out all the candida, I revitalise and lose all the symptoms I've listed above. The progress has already been made so to say, but because I don't support my stomach I don't feel the results of it.

This is why I want to start eating animal stomachs, to help my own and to make the candida die-off detox more pleasant and easier.

Does anyone have experience with eating stomach? anything I should look out for or anything I should ask my butcher?

Health / Re: BAD BREATH - What to do?
« on: November 19, 2018, 07:42:19 pm »
It's always gut problems. It's your gut rebalancing bacteria. It should go away after a couple of months/a year, depending on your situation. With high meat it should go away faster.

I have the same symptoms but i'm only eating raw meat raw liver and raw heart, that should give me all the nutrients i need so i think its something else, maybe detox effect from raw meat cleaning up the system?

I think this is the case yes, try to get some more mineral rich foods in your diet such as glands, brain or testicles.
The dark circles should go away after some months.

Welcome! Hope you will find the answers that you need to achieve true health on here!

What guy was your sister talking about? was it Sv3rige?

A tip I have for insomnia is definitely to eat mineral rich foods. Try to source a thymus gland (it's a delicacy where I live, so it should be doable for you) it contains lots of minerals and hormones that will help you get into your circadian rhythm.
Another tip I have is to eat organs as often as you can. Raw muscle meat is good and a whole different world than plant foods, but organs are truly magical. They will heal you in ways you didn't even know were necessary.

As Van said, mention something about this idea that 'modernity' has got everything figured out. People are born with the idea that there is nothing left to explore. That's why so many people mean drugs and other unhealthy stuff when they tell you to 'live a little'.

Modernity made us sick and disconnected from what life really is about. As Weston Price put it: 'Life in all it's fullness is Mother Nature obeyed.'

It looks like the interview might take place sometime on monday, still waiting for exact time confirmation.

I would be open to any other bright ideas regarding what information would best be shared with what seems like a mostly cooked keto host and audience?

Mention something about raw meat being even more healthy than cooked keto/zero carb. An explanation mentioning that most people transition like this: (vegan) standard diet > ketogenic diet > zero carb diet > raw primal/paleo. The health benefits of raw meat are just even better than cooked meat. I know that will do well with the cooked meat diets.

Journals / Re: Good experiences with raw grainfed org chicken

I have yet to try that organic chicken that Sv3rige was eating in the Netherlands. Guess it's still a psychological thing.

Why not make a real journal? Right now you are posting every experience in a serperate post.

Subbed, make a video about high meat maybe?

Never heard of it, though it really sounds like you are just healing. The heart racing can be a good thing, it's a psychological fear that is your anxiety. Maybe just accept it? It will probably decrease over time. If it doesn't then report back.

Personally I´m currently doing a mixed cooked/raw carni diet since 2 weeks and already see big changes, which I think I could accelerate if I´d cut out raw dairy and eggs, since these are carbs, hence sugar which feeds the candida. So just eating meats with plenty of fats including organs would be the best IMO. No veggies or fruits. If u do that, depending on your overgrowth, then I think you can fix this issue within maybe a month or shorter. Will do another candida retest in some time, curious what my levels became.

Candida is not curable in 1 month, that's just a lie. I've been eating 95% raw paleo for the last 4 months and have seen decent amount of progress, though I am not near being cured after these months.

The terrible thing about candida is that as you kill the overgrowth, you will get the same symptoms that you have been suffering from, although often to a lesser extent. For this reason it can seem like you are making next to no progress. However, I found that when I quit the diet and ate 'normally' again (a SAD, that is) the toxicity in my body caused by the die-off would go away. Resulting in me feeling the results of my anti-candida lifestyle for the first time. I gotta say, I hadn't felt so good since I was a child, making me exciting that it's only gonna be better in the future.

I found that a zero-carb or low-carb diet, including lots of raw animal foods + seafood is the best to deal with candida. Eating high meat would definitely increase the healing speed, considering candida affects the gut as well and you need to feed your own gut biome to get it back up to normal healthy flora. My guess still is, though, that candida is beatable within a year in serious cases, and even faster in less serious cases.

Question to Sabretooth: at what time did you gain weight again? how far into the diet? I've just went from 70 to 76 kg in a couple of days but it could also just be due to the fact I've been with my parents eating shit here and there.

24
You can check out my Journal in the journal section of the forum, I've been fighting candida on this diet with positive results. I've only been doing this diet for 4 months, so the candida isn't fully gone yet. It will definitely go away over time though, I think it takes around a year on average.

If you have any questions after reading my journal I will be happy to answer them!
