Hot Topics / Eating disorder checklist for raw vegans
« on: May 03, 2011, 10:12:47 am »
I have spent time in the raw vegan community.

They appear weak physcially, weak in the mind, and always chilled out and have the ''peace out brother'' attitude.

I made this for them, to help them and a friend of mine. Veganism of all sorts is dangerous and I see it in people.
Heck, even cooked animal foods could save a vegan

The best way for a raw vegan to cure himself and get out the cult is to only go 80 per cent, then eat 20 per cent anything else.
Then eventually forget veganism altogether.

I also believe a vegan is much more likely to believe in a globalist, cosmopolitan , multicultural and multi racial societies and forget all things like cultural and historical and racial identity.

eating disorder check list :

1)connect who you are and your identity to your diet

2)confidence and ego come from eating a diet

3) you could only feel complete and at ease with yourself when you follow a diet

4) binge and punish yourself on junk food

5) connect emotions to your diet

6) judge yourself by your diet, and judge people by theirs

7) have dietary ''racism'' and superiority

8) often feel hungry and starve yourself and are short tempered due to hunger

9) think your diet will make you special and different and better than others

« on: February 11, 2011, 01:15:00 am »
Granted,  studies are mostly done on pasteurised dairy which is what most people eat, but there are many aspects of dairy that do not change significantly via heat such as the excess hormones in dairy , the excess calcium etc. And, yes, I do agree with KS that the main draw with raw dairy is that it is reminiscent of those days when they used to be breastfed or suckle on the teats of infant formula bottles.

ok fair enough
you mentioned it changes the calcium magnesium ratio too much

yet this can be balanced by taking silica

and, does this apply to any calcium rich food ?

« on: January 17, 2011, 11:15:25 am »
Hey, lol got this vid from 30 bananas a day...they basically just feed raw paleos fuel for why fruitarianism doesn't work.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fDGjDccsNcE

Spoiler dont read if you wanna watch the vid
-------------------------------------------------------

Basically, he was a fruitarian for 9 years and he did everything that fruitarians say you need to do right. He ate enough fruit cals and exercised very hard. Basically after the 9 years he stopped feeling so high off of fruitarianism and went zero carb on something called the body ecology diet and says hes doing much better.

the man in this video actually has AIDS

im not joking, he mentioned it in a previous video.

he does a little dairy

he is not dogmatic though

he has also spoken about the mentality of raw vegans, not just the food aspect of it.

he used to be vegan and suffered bad health.
he does not believe in eating raw vegetables, but steaming them, like broccoli etc.
does lots of boiled herb teas too.

he is not attached to any diet or identity, but believes in growing your own food, raw meats and dairy from wild and correct breeds of animals, wild herb hunting, and not letting diet get in the way of your life.

Raw Weston Price / Re: Where does he mention homosexuality
« on: November 12, 2010, 08:39:21 pm »
I have heard san francisco has the highest per cent of homosexuals in the USA

I'm also willing to bet that the majority of their diets revolves around what the local coffee shop offers.
Also, they are probably interested in raw veganism, or veganism, metrosexual fashion, non-manliness, and being friendly and generous.

From personal experience

I definitely feel there is a correlation between

veganism
homosexuality
drinking coffee
left wing politics
pro mass immigration
political correctness

I feel like these people have no sense of identity or connection to the land so they don't care about destroying other people's national identity.

fair enough

if raw dairy of any kind, sheep, goat, buffalo etc, cause problems, dont eat it/ drink it

at least try it first, because the evidence is there that it might help some people, but obviously not all

I havent read all of your posts, however you mentioned that drinking raw buffalo milk ruined your life or something ?

Did you live in Italy for some part of your life ? Or did you get it in the UK ?

How do you know it ruined your life ?

General Discussion / Re: what is adrenal fatigue/burnout?
« on: October 26, 2010, 11:56:52 pm »
any stress to the body, will use the adrenals to deal with it

so a radical change in diet can trigger bodily stress
emotional stress
a lack of calories in the diet can trigger internal stress, not eating enough
fasting can be stressful to the body, fasting should only be done when your body is in shape for it and you think you can do it.

but it can be anything, anything that stresses you personally, it will be different for everyone individually, but simply put, avoiding a stressful life is the most important

on a side note, eating foods that are too hot or too cold will cause internal stress,

it could be not enough quality sleep, maybe he developed it before he became raw paleo

diet alone won't cure it

I was searching the forums, and there does not seem to be any full explanation of what adrenal fatigue is and how it leads to the proposed symptoms.

What I have gathered so far is that the adrenal glands no longer produce enough of their hormones (aldosterone, cortisol, DHEA, epinephrine, and norepinephrine).

What I don't understand is why this means someone should regulate their blood glucose levels more than a normal person. Or not fast. Or the list of other recommendations.

In general, it might be useful to at least compile the information into one place. If this already exists, let me know where to look.

It's caused by living on coffee, burgers, pizza , candy bars,  and spending all day on a computer and not getting enough sleep.

It puts your body in a constant state of stress.

Paleolithically, your body would release cortisol when it sees a lion running at it, to give you a boost of energy to escape. However, people have abused this bodily function by being stressed all day, whether they not it or not, sitting on a computer stresses the body out even if you dont physcially realise it.

all dairy from New Zealand, unless you live there, is pasteurised for sale in other countries.

The dairy in the experiment with the mice, was , on assumption was, pasteurised milk.

Raw milk can only be bought from a local farm etc, rarely shop brought.

2 things,

even if the weston price tribes ate dairy and grains and cooked food, his point was they were healthier than evryone eating westernised food. he did more than the teeth, explaining how they were generally happier and told of a man who ate a westernised diet had 'great difficulty' waking up in the morning compared to a man who ate a tribe diet, and other things not connected to teeth

secondly, the tribes were eating the best they could with what they had ! not all of them could eat a raw paleo diet for obvious reaons like a lack of animals, lack of food choices in general. for example the gaelics lived on fish and oats predominantly, the swiss lived on bread, dairy, and meat only once or twice a week.

they did the best they could from the land they were living on. it wasn't a competition to see who was healthiest.

http://www.redmountainspa.com/_health_education_fitness/articles/a2milk.php

Its the pasteurised they should be worried about, not a1 or 2.

rding to Professor Bob, mice fed A1 milk developed high levels of diabetes whereas those who consumed A2 milk did not – music to the ears of A2 marketers. A2 proponents also like to point to the strong, worldwide link of A1 milk consumption to disease, with only weaker health threats associated with A2.

did they mention whether they used raw milk or pasteurised milk in the test on mice ?
and any dairy imported from new zealand will have to be pasteurised !! unless its cheese, the law wont allow fresh raw dairy to be imported
