« on: December 21, 2017, 01:41:03 am »
I am very interested in going camping on a remote area where I can natural learn the primitive way of living. I've been on a raw meat regimen for about 1 year and a couple of months. I believe this would be a great experience. I would like to know if anybody here following a raw primal diet interested in this type of lifestyle. Please let me know what you think and if you have any suggestions.

Health / Beneficial bacteria
« on: January 12, 2017, 10:30:50 pm »
Hello everybody happy new year!!

I have a question regarding beneficial bacteria in meat and storage of meat during the week. I've been putting mine in a plastic bag and freezing it but I was thinking about beneficial dying because they are being frozen. I'm guessing the beneficial bacteria dies because they are frozen right?

Thanks

Health / Calcium and Paleo Diet
« on: October 27, 2016, 09:16:10 pm »
I have a question regarding calcium intake during the winter months. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I know that calcium is found mainly in leafy green vegetables. In the cold weather I believe that Hunter-Gatherers didn't eat much greens because they were not in season and would not grow in that time. How would they obtain certain vitamins and minerals, such as calcium, during the winter months?

Health / Multiple sclerosis and stem cell treatment
« on: October 21, 2016, 08:12:31 pm »
I have a question regarding a treatment for MS. Before posting this question I would like to say that in a matters of 3 to 4 days I've seen good improvement following the raw paleo diet. Stem cell treatment is where stem cells are extracted from your fat, then activated and then injected through IV back in you.  If I keep on this diet for two weeks and see a great change in my symptoms I believe I could skip the stem cell treatment and keep on following the raw paleo diet. I have this treatment in about a week and a half. My question: What is your opinion?
