I'm new to the forum. My name is Johanne and I am from Montreal, Canada.  I am here to learn more about raw paleo diet and hope to find interesting conversations.  At home, we already eat paleo but not always in the raw form.  I look forward to learning about the benefits of this diet and hear about other people's experience for transitioning.
