Primal Diet / High Meat re: balancing body's oxygenation
« on: December 19, 2017, 12:08:25 pm »
To me, it feels like eating a small chunk of high meat makes painful muscles in chest or back from what feels like small gas bubbles go away immediately and my lungs return to perfectly great oxygenation, lije one is 100% connected with the other, lije the air leaves where it shouldn't be to go where it should be, or something like that. .
I don't feel any need for this all the time. Just once in a while.

But I'm wondering what related experiences others experience besides me, of high meat (or strong smelling cheese, any ammonia smelling raw high protein fermented animal derived food) that are anywhere similar.

Thanks for reading, and even more of course for consideration and/or reply.

Primal Diet / Getting a guest back on pd from Pop & Pastry
« on: October 28, 2012, 02:06:21 am »
I'd like to read your suggestions.

Someone I know from the internet is coming to stay with me. They have mental issues, and the most nutritious thing they've eaten in months is frozen pizzas and have been spending mucho time hanging around a gas station, not working there nor car repairs. They have been fully on the primal diet before, and want this opportunity to thaw out and start to get healthy physically.  Last time they were at the beginning of a year or two of primal diet, they went through extreme spontaneous detoxes.

If you have any thoughts or feelings or know any articles or videos that you think might be helpful to us, please post them here. Thank you.

I will read, view, consider and pass them on to my guest if they will check them out.  I have no idea what they're like in person.  We've been chatting for several years, but I know in person will be a different thing.

I hope they will bathe lol. Lord give me strength! I'm praying it works out excellently for me and my guest both.

Action Alert: Help Save Zinniker Farm

Please forward to anyone you think would be interested.
Help Save Zinniker Farm

The Zinniker Family Farm of Elkhorn, Wisconsin, was established in 1943 and is considered one the oldest biodynamic farms in the United States. The farm has played a key role in the biodynamic movement, hosting field days, workshops, and prep-making events that have introduced hundreds of thousands of farmers and consumers to biodynamic agriculture. This fall, Zinniker Farm was shut down by the State of Wisconsin for distributing raw milk through a cow-share program they had run since the mid-80s. Through the program families purchased a share in the cow herd and picked up raw milk from their cows on a weekly basis. In the last year the State of Wisconsin reinterpreted the laws that originally made these programs legal, and now has begun to crack down on such programs in the state. This crackdown is widely considered to be driven by large corporate interests who are threatened by the number of consumers who are obtaining their milk and other food products direct from producers. A group of individuals are now working closely with the Farm to Consumer Legal Defense Fund and the Biodynamic Farming and Gardening Association to explore alternative ways to sustain the farm into the future. In the meantime, however, the Zinniker’s have no tangible source of revenue.

If you can help support the Zinniker’s in this time of need,
please make a check out to the Zinniker Support Fund and mail it to
Zinniker Support Fund, N7399 Bowers Rd, Elkhorn, WI 53121.

While in Canada we get a favorable ruling of the Court to uphold the farmers right, here we see the corporations being favored. We have to be alert and become more proactive maybe the least we can do is to speak up, talk to friends and family about how important it is for us to be able to have access to raw milk, also provide them with information about the benefits of raw milk. You can find very helpful information at the following link, --http://www.farmtoconsumer.org/raw-milk.html , when you get there scroll down to where it says :Where can I learn more about raw milk benefits?, you can then share that.

Hi Everyone!

This is my first post here.  I was a member of the primal diet ning group.  I'm a member of a few other raw online communities.  Most of their members seem to be vegan, and that's all they talk about.  I don't want it to rub off on me.  Been where vegan seemed right for me, been where vegan was wrong to me, done all the vegan stuff, wearing the T-shirt, on to different and better horizons now, I can't digest that foreign stuff anymore.

I started practicing the Primal Diet in 2006.  Presently I am an omnivore.  Ex:  I ate raw chicken for dinner, but who knows what my next meal will be, I eat a wide variety.

I was diagnosed with a bunch of incurable medical conditions between nine and seven years ago.  I had experience with raw vegan food, so I went back to that for a while, and continued on how I could.  I've learned a bunch on the way, and I like how Raw Animal Foods feel, now that I've discovered them, and I like that I look better too.

I see a few people here I recognize from online.  I'll send you private messages so you'll know.  I thank you all very much for this forum.  I'm so glad someone pointed me to it recently.

    That's it for now.
