Just had dinner, ate to much like almost always at lunch because specially in the evening I eat more than I should always with this fear in my belly that I could loose weight and really I loose weight sooo fast it is redicoulous. It is my issue for years now and it roules my life. I think I should write a journal here.
I had 150g of beeffat with 100 gram fish, 50 gr liver, some beef and onions, ginger, ACV.
No wonder my liver is in such bad condition, starting my journal tomorrow, conciousness will help me get out of this obsession

Tyler, what do you do with the seeds, tee or eat it as a powder and when, with the meals?
The green juices I also do to alkalise, if I take my urin ph with all the protein it is so very acid

Evehard, thats a good idea, just eating fat, I did it between times as well but it was harder to keep my weight like this. Also I thought it is important to eat protein in the morning for your throid and for healthy hormon produktions with woman.
Not eating to late is also a very good thing, normaly I do the opposite, eating very late and starting very early to keep the fasting window as small as possible, dont like it though because I feel heavy and dont sleep well at all. Also I feel very hot during the night, especially when I eat a lot of coconut cream I think, dreaming always about swimming in icecold water and enyojoing it so much>D

Was outside all day, exercising and enjoying myself, I feel much better already

Intermittent fasting is a good idea, just not right for me at the moment I think because I m very thin, would like to gain a bit of weight, I experimentet a lot with intermitted fasting, I like it a lot, being free of eating for a long time feels so liberating but I always lost weight, muscles in the process and had to stop.
The last month I eate all day long just because I was so into gaining weight and fearfull of loosing weight. I did not digest the fat very well so I spread it out through the day to give my liver a chance to produce enough bile. Also I took a lot of supplements, digestive enzymes, Hcl and ox bile. Because of my slugish liver I often crave sour foods. I drink lemon water in the morning and take loads of lemon and ACV with my meals, it feels much lighter when I eat the fat and protein with acid and I can eat more but I dont know if so much acid is really good?
With the exercises thats a great point, I dont moove enough, definetly feel better and my liver feels more happy when doing so. Going out with my roller after I finish this post >D
I eat mostly fish and organ meet, dont feel good with a lot of muskle meet.
I drink a bit of juice with greens and veggies every day, I dont want to eat the veggies at the moment to calm down my upset belly. I will drink more, thats important as well. As I was eating all the time I could not drink a lot the last month.
Tyler, do you mean milk thistel herbs, not the seeds? How should I take it?

I m on a raw mostly animal based very high fat, high protein diet. This is the diet who works best for me. But even on this diet I have some issues like amenorrea, brainfog, nausea, insomnia, getting liver spots on my body, being underweight. I think a lot is related to my liver not functioning optimal, never did I think, even as a child.
So what are you people do for your liver, what would be a good liverdetox strategie and how could I help my liver on a daily basis and to get a superstrong and health liver O0

I m moving place and I m emptying my freezer. I still have a lot of wild rabbit, it is now 2 1/2 jears old. People here tell me to throw it away; what do you think, it is very difficult to get wild rabbit here so I'm a bit hessitant. How lon can you keep meet in the freezer and how long can you keep the fat and fish?

Linda, it would be lovely if you could come to visit me, come whenever you want :)

Sabertooth is going to be here in Nice at around the 11 of November; Inger is coming a as well, I hope Iguana comes from portugal ;) and perhaps of corse whoever wants to come would be very much wellcomed. We will be in Nice, 3 min from the beach; we have enough room to sleep and be comfortable for at least 10 - 15 adults and kids, all kinds of paleo food is available,all kinds of raw meet, organ meat, fresh sea food, eggs from the farmers,  even raw dairy in every form, coconut etc, the place is very calm and enjoyable and I m shure we will have a lot of fun -d -d -d

Health / liver spots, moles

Hi :)
last year I started to develope lots of liver spots mainly under the breast, (I made fotos but dont know how to put them in the script?)
I eate a lot of fish; some meat and a lot of beef fat, some butter and avocado loads of eggs, mainly low carb and I eate a lot I never had liver spots at all before and now I have thousands and that feels very strange I would like to know the reason because it continues; I develope new ones almost every other day?
My doctor told me it is normal and I should take vitamin D
I think it has something to do with my liver Perhaps my liver is still clogged? Perhaps I eat too much fats, too much beef fat or too much pufas, too much protein, to much food in general because of trying to gain weight, late time eating, frozen fat or protein, butter, eggs, I dont know what is the cause Does somebody else recognises this kind of symtoms, or has an idea where it could come from and what to do about it?
In december I had an antibiotique treatment because of ulcers, heliobacter pylori, perhaps it damaged something?

Hi, Paleos

a couple of weeks ago I thought I would like to start dating so I went on a internet dating site. It is quite funy and I enjoy the new exitment in my life, chosing man like in a catalog, having conversation with them, having rendez vous etc etc. Anyways, when I think about being one day serious with somebody it might be a bit complicated for me as a mostly rawpaleo. I already do a lot of things I would not do normaly and I feel that it is not healty for me!

Today I thought to be with a paleo guy would be so much more fun and adventure, 
So if there are any nice and interesting solo paleo guys out there,  between 40 and 60 years old would be good, I would love to get in contact with them

At the moment I live in the south of france but everything can change :)

I live in the south of france and at the moment it is very hot here. My bucher gives me a lot of fat and I freeze some of them to allways have fresh fat at hand >D
Last daysbecause I had not taken the fat out before I was hungry,  and I was sooo hungry,  I started eating the back fat just frozen and it is so so jumy, it is like ice cream for me. The fat I can cut very easy even frozen, it melts in my mouth and I love it and it feels good in my belly, its my favourite treat now  8)

Jessie, I eate bananas papayas and berries with my meat , fat and fish the last days and already it shows one kg more on the scale??? That was easy.  :D so far, will see of weight gain continues with the added fruit
Sabertooth, I can not by raw pankreas here but almost every other organ meat here is availabel I eat a lot of liver, kidneys, heath, shortbread and nowadays I like lamb lung a lot. And a lot of beef fat. Coconut fat I like a lot but if I eat it regulary it seemes to give me stomach pain and nausea.
GS, I will try the probiotiques, at the moment I just take ACV and I feel that it helps me digest all the meat and fat.
GS, I think you eat a lot of fruit, do you eat it with meat and fat or just like this?

I dont like cooked starches, it feels dead to me, dont like rice, dont like cooked sweet potatoes, it all feels so dead  :P

STARCH would be an easy temorarry solution, Starch is the reason why everybody is fat or feels too fat. All the people I know do not eat a lot and they gain weight anyway. Just the raw people, paleos and raw paleos do not have this problem, but they have often dificulties gaining weight. (nothing new I know)

yes I feel that I have to be very carefull with exercises because I loose energie so fast and then I have to eat even more but I cant digest any more food.
You might be right, it could be easier to include some starches at least to gain some weight, perhaps sweet potatoes would be a good idea (This  noon I paniked, seening the scale, and eate a big bowle of porridge with eggs and a lot of butter) Oats and eggs are a quite common bulking meal for bodybuilder, so I thought, ok, I will see....
Or what about bananas, its a starchy fruit, sometimes I eat bananas with my meat and fat but I'm not sure if it is a good idea. Or raw plantanas?
No Jessie, I will not panik if I gain weight,(I already gained some weight forcefeeding myself and cocking a lot) I m so looking forward to me having a strong body again.

If I eat huge amounts of meat and meat fat sometimes I even might gain a little weight, very slowly even if I eat 3000 or 4000 kcal per day. But while doing so I feel sluggish and heavy; short of breath, very thirsty, and after some time I get very very ill.
The whole concept of eating above the needs of the body just to fatten it up feels quite unpleasant and my body is so resitant doing it but sometimes it is nessesarry  even for animals to fatten up after illness or before winter comes etc so it is not unnatural, our bodies should be adapted doing it. I'm thinking of bears eating so much fatty fish and berrys during fall to get ready for hibernation. .
Perhaps thats what I should do, the bear diet, just fish, some greens and berries, I would like it.

Salut :
I did not write for some time here because I guessed I should stop asking,  after all this years of trying I should finally have found a way to nurish myself in a gentle and sustainabel way. And really, more and more, I know what agreas with me, its my paradise diet:
I know I feel well and happy if I eat fish; shelfesh (very fresh) salads; ,vegetables, some coconut -not too much, it seemes to give me stomach pain-a little bit of avocado, green juices and vegetable juices, some meat, specially organ meat, everything raw
and, so important for my well being, I have to  eat smal amounts :P, being outside a lot and exercise
The thing is, if I live like that, I feel greate but I loose weight very very fast
It is a cycle, I looooose weight, get very scarry thin; can not regain the weight any more with health eating; starting stuffing myself all day with things that are not good for me at all , making myself sick and, the worse thing, I loose my joy of life
Right now I'm eating loads of organ meats, lots and lots of beef fat, some fish and shellfish, some green juice every day, some vegetables; sometimes I force myself to eat bananas with my meat or papaya to raise my insuline,
I eat as soon as I get up and I often eat  before bed to make fasting time a short as possible
I feel not good at all doing it, but as soon as I start eating following my feelings the scale goes down. I allways tell me it is just for a short period of time till I regained my weight and then I can do what I want The thing is that even with all thatI I'm doing I have such a hard time gaining.
 Do we all have to eat such huge amounts on this diet (I feel like a monster) Is it the fact that everyting is raw that makes our food so 'thinning' ???
How can we gain weight in a pleasurable way? Is more fruit the answer?
Of corse exercise, weight training; sleep, EMF is very important, I know ;)

Hi,

I feel like a total failure. I would love to do the ketoginic raw paleo diet, but my body does not do the work. I have and allways had problems with fat digestion.  The amounts of fat I have to eat to keep my weight or even to gain weight I can not digest. I have to take a lot of enzymes and herbs and ACV and Lemon and 1000 other things to help me digest and even with this I feel most of the days very very sick and anxious. I'm breating hard and short like a 70 jears old fat man,  I have body odor, if I eat a lot of beef fat. I loose weight every day at the moment, now I'm on 38 kg, 1.65 m, Is it possible that some people just can't adapt to a high fat livestyle? I'm sick every day and sometimes I think a starch based diet would be so much easier. I'm diabetic type 2 but when I tried the futarian very low fat diet last year my blood sugar was not so bad (but I did not like it at all; all this sugar, I was quite disgusted)
When I read what some of you eat without discomfort I'm amazed. Don't know what to do, dont want to be sick any more because I force myself to eat things he apparently can not handel. This is so wrong and I'm getting sicker and weaker every day? This is redicioulus. Is it possible that some people will never adapt to a high fat diet?

Inger, I'm always over 100 g proteins as well although I restrict myself,otherwise I would eat much more because I love it so much.
Your digestive force is very high, so why don't you eat just more fat instead of Protein like most low carber, Keto people advise?
Inger, what does HWC means?

I started taking ACV before and with meals and it seems to help me digest fat and protein  much better. I also take digestive enzymes, ox bile and HCL with my meals and licorice root and turmeric and chili and ginger. All that seems to help me digest better. I think I should stop mixing sooo much vegetable matter with my fat and protein. I try to create balance with it, don't want to eat to acidic, but Van told me already that it might be bad for digestion

Sometimes I think I have parasites. What do you  people do  to avoid them or to get rid of them
