RAW PALEO DIET FORUM MISSION STATEMENT

This forum is a resource created by members of the Raw Paleo
Diet (RPD) community for people looking to improve their health by
choosing a more historically natural approach to diet, fitness and
lifestyle. Information available on raw paleolithic diets is very
limited, and it is our goal to explain some of the basics, answer
members' questions, and detail some of the variations of the diet and
lifestyle. The discussions here focus on the foods that humans
