grassfed beef from uruguay???

ok so i found a store that sells grassfed beef from uruguay..

ive been buying from wholefoods.

the taste/color is completely different.. the wholefoods store meat is bright red/pink, while this one is darker, and it tastes different too...

so im wondering if there are any dangers of eating meat from uruguay

I've got variably like that between the two sources of grass-finished meats I've purchased locally. The darker stuff is from the vendor I buy from now and is aged for 21 days before packaging versus fresh for the other.
I've also noticed the same between grass-finished and grain-finished; grain-finished is much redder/brighter and has a different texture.

A lot of grain-fed beef has red dye in it.
