What kind of flours should be used for the paleo diet?

You can do any nut flour, almond, hazelnut or coconut but I would personally only use coconut flour as it has much lesser antinutrient and almost no omega 6 compared to other nut flour and almond or hazelnut flour are rather heavy, you eat way more then it feels like.

We are a RAW paleo site, so we don't really go much for the flours.

Grinding nuts to make it into a flour still remain raw, just do it yourself to be sure rather then going for processed ones.

I like to put pork rinds in the food processor and use that like flour. It works for pancakes, haven't attempted anything else. Not exactly a raw food though.

Yes it remains raw, but not paleo since grinding mills appeared in the neolithic.
