If you have a portable phone do not keep it in your pocket. It's like a microwave oven blasting away at the uber tender tissues in the area.

All the diet in the world will not uncook your jewels.

Best thing to do is leave it in the car or ditch it. They can wait a few minutes till you're home.

what about the watercure guy, dr ''batman''?
Hi PA,
That is the guy that I linked to in my post. His actual name is Dr Batmangelidj. There are a few YTs on/with him.

Basically I think that what he says is correct, simply because most PPL eat such a gawd-awful diet nowadays that for the most part, just upping their water intake and throwing some good quality salt in to remineralize and increase actual absorbtion will help clean out the crap they have been building up for years. That in itself will clear out the vast majority of illnesses. The missing part is just to re-nutritionalize ;D the body.

Salt's other purpose which most PPL miss is that it is important for motivating digestion. Hydochloric acid or the building block of stoamch acid is created with salt.

Salt is a hot topic for sure as this is a 2012 thread.

I have had a change of heart. I was listening to someone talking about drinking lots of water, so I decided to try it. Normally I cannot stand the stuff and also cannot handle salt at all, but I decided to try 1 to 2 litres in the AM with about a teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt in it.

Dr Batmangalich https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8xweziIaUMo

BTW I have not watched this video, but have read his book entitled "Your Body's Many cries For Water". He says to take the salt first before you drink the water as it absorbs the water better, but I simply cannot throw down that much salt and chase it with water.

I have found that drinking the water in the AM before having anything to eat seems to be a good idea as my urine is pretty much clear and surprisingly I do not seem to urinate for awhile after drinking the water which makes me postulate that the water is not just rushing through me.

I haven't tried all of the other varieties of salt, but definitely would not use commercially available rock salt.

I experienced a bit of a transition period to a raw diet as I had been a cooked vegetarian for 23 years. Gut bacteria has to change to digest properly.

Having said that, I personnally have trouble with a lot of fruit, so I might consider having less.  Also salad tends to make you wide awake.

What happened 2.5 to 3.5 years ago ?

My understanding of adrenal fatigue is that too much adrenaline is being produced, whichputs you in fight or flight so much that your survival instincts tend to kick in. Stress is not a bad thing but too much wears you out. Or stress that seems endless or unwinnable.

How old are you?

General Discussion / Re: Raw Eggs

GS,
I hope it tastes better than the duck eggs we got awhile ago. They were so rich they were almost inedible. We bought a dozen and could not eat them all.

Much prefer the chicken eggs we get from our own.

This whole thing is disgusting. I am surprised that you see it otherwise. I am not referring to some silly notion that the rich would do it to the poor, but that anyone would go there. This is like opening the GMO floodgates.

I just witnessed another relation whose child had a seizure and coma the day after a 1.5 year injection. AFAIAC the child also had a reaction at previous vaccines as she is 1.5 and has a only a few words in her vocab..
Dark times ahead indeed.

This article is somewhat in line with the first. Assuming this is truely out of Russia, and not a bogus article, it more or less jives with my take on the world.

CK,
Yes  ;D producerer is the same as producer and

I s'pose the USA's environmental record is better.

Remember Three mile island, and the others on this list
http://www.ucsusa.org/nuclear-power/nuclear-power-accidents/history-nuclear-accidents#.V1dl3UvDzyc
There is no country with a nuclear program that has not had some sort of disaster. There are some that are just easier to hide and the grace of God prevented a massive disaster.
http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/20579068-atomic-accidents

Then of course there is "Love Canal", from a long list of contenders. The list goes on.

Food from the US in my books is just as bad as it is mostly GMO etc crap.

I agree with your assertion on China. Where I live on the west coast of Canada we see lots of Chinese junk. Next time you are tempted to buy food from there look up "Night Soil", and remember that when you get lettuce soup in a restaurant it is always well cooked. That is because as an ex-Chinese friend of mine explained everything has to be cooked in China due to night soil.

http://modernfarmer.com/2014/07/stink-human-poop-fertilizer/

"Humans have been repurposing their feces for thousands of years—some more safely than others. Often known by its euphemistic name “night soil,” the most famous example of raw human waste application might be China, where human excrement was used for centuries in an attempt to close the nutrient cycle in their fields, something that agricultural scientist F.H. King cited in the early 20th century as the reason behind China’s seemingly perennial fertility. While night soil might have helped China’s land retain crucial nutrients, it didn’t win any awards for public health. Because the night soil was often untreated, pathogens could easily be transferred to both humans and food (so eating raw vegetation was seriously frowned upon)."

Having said that we have a self composting toilet and put the resultant in the garden. The apples especially seem to like it and the Chicken manure. My daughter puts the childrens 'stuff in the garden. The boys think it is hugely funny.

Amazing leap from forest fires to cooking. So early man is guessed to be chasing after forest fires to eat the road kill.

Have to jump in and say one daughter is a raw vegan. It came about when she had children and saw what a regular diet was doing. I do not give advice, except I explain my experience, if I am pushed to, because it is not my place to preach. Her kids BTW are doing very well and I believe  she is open to eating raw meat, but that is her choice. She avoids dairy and grains.

It's kinda cool because she is into checking out the woods for mushrooms etc.

I come from a family that is/was very prone to preaching and getting very self-righteous about advice and I saw how destructive it can be.

Nowadays a raw vegan diet is a good start. Funny because even when I was vegan I could not imagine being a raw vegan.

Years ago I used to make soy stuff and soy milk has got to be the most disgusting crap ever. I am not sure I would bother if I was starving.

No problem. It's the least I can do.

I've recently been drinking a liter first thing in the AM with between ¼ to 1 teaspoon of pink salt in it. This serves the purpose of making the water palatable and replacing the minerals. This is an about face for me as I never ate salt before on food or dissolved in it.

I drink maybe ½ liter of water in the afternoon.

Aside from the obvious, the author forgot to factor in the carbon footprint of building and maintaining an aircraft, and an airline etc.
