Perhaps, but I was  once informed by non-rawists that my breath  supposedly "stank" of raw meat even if I used  regular toothpaste so I was forced to use this version instead. I never smelt anything but one has to conform to expected social norms if one is not a multimillionaire, and some people are  truly hypersensitive to the smell of raw meat and can even become  absolutely hysterical at the slightest whiff thereof, however fresh it might be. Ideally, I would much rather walk around stark naked except in  freezing temperatures(ie temperatures below  5 degrees Celsius plus windchill factor) and not have to brush my teeth(my teeth are so strong they need no brushing), and just use soap , but civilisation forces me to adopt some non-palaeo practices, unfortunately.

Why not just find a organic natural chewing gum rather than put toxic chemicals in your mouth....

Any RPDers out here?

254
You get what you pay for. Buy only the highest quality local fruits/vegetables(in season), wild caught fish, 100% grass fed organic meats, and pasture raised eggs(no soy, no grains). You will have little to no chance of illness from these foods.

255
Hang it. Do not cover it. Eat meat and fat and find your balance.

What are the ill effects of covering the fat?? I don't have a place to hang it:(

Is it true raw honey aids in the digestion of raw fat?

I've just started eating raw animal fats. Went to Whole Foods and got 2lbs grass fed beef fat, and 2lbs grass fed lamb fat.  First thing I was wondering was the best way to store it? Secondly I had questions as to what I should, and shouldn't eat it with? Where does raw animal fat come into play on food combining charts? Anything will help, thanks guys.

From why I can tell I have pretty bad dental high gene. Teeth are very yellow, and recently brown spots/lines have formed on back maulers.  I floss and brush at night, without toothpaste, and have recently started oil pulling. How are you guys caring for your teeth, what alternatives are out there for tooth paste?

Why not try true raw paleo for two weeks to find out if your digestion settles down with an all-raw diet. You can buy the cheapest cuts of grass-fed meats or wild-caught seafood. For me, seaweed and sauerkraut are a good sources of anti-constipation components.

Just two weeks. As an experiment. And forget the cheese while you're doing this.

The cheapest grass fed beef around me is wholefoods 6.99lb. It's just too much $ for me. Seafood is ridiculous... 24$/lb for sockeye salmon..

Magnesium and water might help with constipation.  Cooked paleo could be anything though, be more specific.  Poultry fat and greens also usually helps me when I need to clean my digestive system out.

For breakfast I have 3 raw eggs. And 2-3tbps of raw cocnut oil(thinking of stopping). Didn't know oils were so taxing on the body.

Lunch I will have chicken/turkey/beef and a Salad(leafy greens, cucumber, onions, ect...), 1-2tbps raw cheese.
Dinner is roughly the same as lunch.

For snacks I have sprouted/soaked nuts(pecans, almonds, mac nuts), these are last resorts. Previously was eating dark chacolate daily, have decided to stop.

GS always recommends some herbal parasite cleanses, such as those made by barefoot herbalist. I have taken them for one round in the past and have to admit I felt much better as a result, unsure if it was placebo or otherwise.

Making sure to eat foods rich in zinc, silica, sulphur, selenium, iodine and other trace minerals should help body your immune system, you can find these in animal organs, flesh, diatomaceous earth, garlic, seaweed, bone marrow and broth, fermented and aged meats.

There are also various types of immune stimulating medcinal mushrooms that may help your body with parasite overload.  I think it is unwise to take oils because they can be very taxing on the liver, gallbladder and other parts of the digestive system that work to keep the blood clean.

What is your current diet?  What is your current lifestyle?  What leads you to believe you need a parasite cleanse?

A cooked paleo diet. I cannot afford high quality meats to consume raw.  I have pretty bad digestive problems, acid reflux, constipation from time to time, abdominal discomfort after meals. I read these could be do to parasites.

I've been working on getting dairy out 100%. I still have a little raw cheese(2-3tbps a day), because ajonus claimed it absorbed toxins within our bodies. Can you guys confirm or debunk this theorie?

If it is... Is it worth it/superior to other oils? And what are the purest brands.

Thank you guys

Everyone has been giving great advice, raw paleo is the way to go. You can also do things non diet related to help her. Surround her living space with as many house plants as you can. Hong Kong is a very polluted area, and the plants will filter some of that out for her.  Also  put a filter on every water source she has, kitchen, bathroom, showers. There are terrible heavy metals/toxins in there. Spring water would be best for her to drink IMO. Also candles made from essential oils will help purify her air. Eucalyptus is suppose to be outstanding.

Whole raw frogs, I will go out and get some this next season for sure.

I still haven't done my bunny smoothie yet, but I have been blending sheep stomach into a delicious pudding. I have a blend tek that can turn any animal flesh into liquid, so I am doing more experiments. I made a sheep lung smoothie last night, which was good.

I am convinced that Whole animals is where the best balance of nutrition can be found.
Why blend and not just eat it plain, raw, unprocessed?

CASTOR OIL
30 ml at around 8pm.
Will act as a colon cleanser.

Repeat for 3 to 5 evenings.

You can space every other day.

It will dig into your colon layers and get rid of all the muck.

Worked for my employee, 2 girl friends, plumber, driver, etc.

If you drink it first thing in the morning and lay on your right side it will act as a liver flush as well... but your entire day is lost because you have to stay at home to poop.

Can you provide a link for the exact oil you use. Is appreciate it.

Health / Acid reflux

I'm 20 years old. Eat a cooked primal diet. Eggs for breakfast. Then some cooked animal protein and a salad for Lunch and dinner. I also eat raw cheese and butter with almost every meal. I don't know why, it just gives me a satisfied feeling, and rids me of any carb cravings. it's very addictive. The past week I've been waking up with a coarse, burning feeling in te back of my throat. I'm scared it's acid reflux and don't know what to do. Please help!

High blood sugar promotes inflamation I the eyes, myopia basically means swelling g of the yes.  Keeping the blood sugar stable is the best thing one can do to promote Heath.  Cutting sugar will definitely help this, just make sure you are adding in nutrients like minerals, vitamins, proteins, fats and amino acids to help transition and feed the body appropriately.  I think marksdaikyapple.com and he primal diet are a good basis as long as you don't cook your meat and stay away from most non animal based fats including oils and nuts.

Why stay away from away from non animal fats? From what I've heard avocados, and many nuts are great for eyesight. And I can't imagine coconut being a problem? I tried researching it, and couldn't find anything. I'm not saying you're wrong. I'm just looking for the evidence, and reasoning behind it so that maybe I can adjust my diet. I have eye issues aswell.

My advice would be look at a more instinctive approach to your eating patterns. Try raw dairy, different animal fats/organs than just beef. Food combining May also be causing you some distress.

It sounds like food combining is your problem.  You can have the best food in the world, but it will be useless if you don't combine then well. MY advice is to look up a few food combining charts, memorize, and follow them religiously.

Meat with honey? Interesting, doesn't that violate the protein/carb combination? It sounds delicious, but dangerous to digestive system!

I always eat a salad with my meats, is this bad?
