I like ground meat when it's almost frozen (been out of the freezer for just a little while). I can't stand the stuff when it's thawed out, because it has the consistency of baby food...disgusting. Just my opinion.
"In the modern, prevailing view of the cosmos, we sit here as tiny, unimportant specks of protoplasm, flukes of nature, and stare out into an almost limitless void. Vast, nameless tracts of emptiness dominate the scene. Talk about feeling small.
But we do not look out at the universe; it is, instead, within us, as a rich 3-D visual experience whose location is the mind" - R. Lanza, Beyond Biocentrism.

I generally avoid ground meat. I haven't eaten it in over a year.

I don't mind it, but it's not as good as chunks of meat.

I'm fine with ground meats. But I too prefer chunks of meat.

I always overeat if I eat only raw ground meats. I also prefer the taste of chunks of  meat. Sometimes, ground meat can contain nasty chemicals, so can taste foul.

the ground beef I get at whole foods is ground up right there usually right before I get there with no chemicals. The thing I love about it most is how easy it is. Its no mess and I can just get it at whole foods when im out and eat it anywhere without having to tear chunks with my teeth and getting super messy.

Well, I don't mind ground meat as long as it it is freshly minced, if not, there is always a concern of contamination which may lead to food poisoning.
