« on: January 27, 2010, 10:38:17 am »
Are eggs part of the RPD? Do any of you eat them and if you do how do you eat them? Do you chew them at all or just gulp them down?
Thanks

General Discussion / To much chewing
« on: January 25, 2010, 08:00:31 am »
Hey
yesterday i finally ate my first piece of raw grass-fed round steak. After i popped it into my mouth i ended up chewing on it for a good 20-30 seconds. What does everyone else do? What about pounding it with a meat pounder? Would this make it easier to chew on?
thanks

Hi
i just met at my food co-op and bought 2lbs grass fed round steak. Unfortunately it was frozen so i have to wait a while for it to thaw. Anyway I am planning on eating some of this steak raw and was wondering if anyone has any tips for not gagging on it or possibly injoying it.

Hi,
im going 100% raw soon and was planning on eating 30% raw meat. I regularly weight lift and was wondering what were all of your results when being raw meat eaters? Do you gain more muscle? Is your recovery time lessened?

General Discussion / How long do raw eaters sleep?
« on: January 15, 2010, 12:44:16 pm »
Hi
Ive read that raw vegans often naturally sleep less, like 4-5 hours in some cases. Just wondering how about all you raw meat eaters out there? Any reduction in sleeping time? I also heard that carnivores sleep more than herbivores in nature...anyone know about this to?
thanks

General Discussion / Grounding organ meats
« on: January 15, 2010, 11:28:57 am »
Hi
I simply cant ever make myself eat raw organ meats while they still look like the organ (its completely mental). So what about grounding them? Does this somehow negatively affect the meat?
Thank you
