Probiotics. Whether you culture probiotics yourself like high meat, or vegetables, or commercial probiotics, lots of it and plenty of variety.
There's also diluted orange juice fasting, or water fasting.
Why do you think you are getting contamination? If you are worried about a machine, just do a fine chop with a good sharp chef's knife.
To clarify things:
My hairloss was stopped on the spot with the stoppage of the use of all shampoos. (my barber taught me this) I do not shampoo my hair. I only shampoo with a natural 1 herb shampoo when I get a haircut.
Same experience as my friend http://www.myhealthblog.org/2009/03/17/poldo-baral-swears-it-was-commercial-shampoo-that-made-his-hair-fall-off/
The graying and the whitening of my hair was reversed by eating high vitamin C fruit (guava or papaya) + raw fat (coconut meat, eggs) every morning continuously. Plus of course I do not shampoo, just water.
I did the Liver and Gallbladder Flush from Andreas Moritz once. Was very effective in terms of flushing out small stones. Only downside was drinking the raw self juiced green apple juice. It was an overload of sugar and it was disgusting. I´d never do that again with apples. But the reason why apples are sometimes recommended is the malic acid content in them. See the paragraph in the pdf I attached here:
I think drinking cranberry juice would be even better. Also contains a good amount of malic acid and is very low in carbs. more than half of what sour cherry has. There are also pure malic acid supplements, that might cut out any carbs at all. Or you can also just try the tea "chanca piedra", which can be bought on amazon. Has a great reputation as "stone crusher". Tried that as well, but the tea gave me a bit of stomach ache, so I went for the flush. Can´t say that the flush gave me any improvements though, beside getting rid of stones (which is certainly a good thing). Allthough many people swear on it.
Just put peppermint oil: organic food grade, steam distilled (oil is the most powerful) and/or organic peppermint tincture (next in strength) and/or peppermint tea (simple infusion) in water and drink as a refreshing tea. I like it iced in summer, warmed in winter. Peppermint (mentha piperita) is a mild digestive that can be used after eating to help digestion as it gently stimulate bile production and the entire digestive process as well as dissolving the cholesterol that creates gall stones. With active stones I would use a mixture of the oil with the tincture. For maintenance and prevention any form can be used even just adding some peppermint leaves to your salad - which is very nice too btw or you can put some peppermint leaves in water in a glass jar and let it in the sun or you can put some peppermint leaves in your smoothies. Just about any way you can use a gentle and tasty herb in leaf form.
Every herb is going to effect each person a little differently so the best way to determine appropriateness as a treatment or general food source, form to take it in, dosage and frequency is with muscle testing.
Peppermint won't give you the stones to show your doctor to prove that they are out or be dramatic or super fast. You won't even know anything is happening. The stones and sludge just gradually dissolve and digestion is improved. Peppermint is the kind of herb that is usually, for most people, so gentle that it can be eaten every day. If it is right for you, it will most likely taste really good to you and the treatment will be a pleasure.
If you have a severe problem where the doctors are wanting to cut out your gall bladder and you need to know right away that something is working then your methods GS would be quite appropriate, but if you have time, cannot withstand the difficult cleanses or if you just want to give your bile a helping hand - then I think peppermint is a very nice plant friend to get to know.
Thanks for the update. Well for me I can say that life changed a bit. Im out of the moldy house, out of the humid, congested and filthy country I lived at. Now I live in a clean environment, air is superior, no moldy house. I thought the changes of moving will be more significant, but they aren´t. I still have the occurance that whenever I have food in front of me candida gets more activated and lowers my stomach acid. These fuckers are well adapted and smart. In the previous country I lived I had sun every day, but I did not see any siginificant change. But I do realize that breathing fresh outside air is very important to lower symptoms.
I read about the warnings of keto and candida, however this does not count for everybody. There are people that do well on keto vs candida, then there are some that don´t. This is an individual thing and I think the most important thing is to listen to your intuition when doing any dietary changed. But the problem is, as you already mentioned, cravings. To distinguish between intuition and cravings. I think candida could possibly make you crave certain foods (such as dairy), for its own survival. Candida certainly messes with your brain. I notice that when there is a die-off it goes together with a pulling at the region of the brain stem and/or headaches, among mood issues. Personally I seem to do well on low carb, i feel mentally very good when I fast, until the point when I think fasting inaugurates a die-off, then I can get very agressive and moody. It´s pretty annoying. Then when I take somthing to kill them, all of a sudden my mood changes. I still want to try getting into ketosis, I think that might be the step I need to make a big change. If I feel like its doing harm, I´d stop. It´s silly to keep doing something allthough you feel shitty in it. The "hang in there" approach is not the best if you intuition tells you otherwise.
Now turning to the supplementation. You take a lot of things, like I used to. But I came to the conclusion that you need to be careful. When I did the parasite cleanse which for sure also helped for killing candida, you might overburden your organs. So now my digestion works pretty well but, I don´t have much energy, sex drive or will to do much. I used to work out but I stopped. What I will do now is to focus on bringing the organs in top shape, with the herbal blends that I had mentioned and matcha tea. I find that caffeine, be it coffee, black tea or green tea is pretty effective in killing candida. And there is scientific evidence that caffeine kills candida. I had mentioned that I had a huge die-off after drinking 2-3 cups of green tea, and also some kind of die-off when drinking black tea with lemon in the morning. Coffee is also a great aid if I drink half a cup to a cup max, it also aids bile flow.
I also noticed that taking a lot of spicy foods caused a die-off, but this also seems to have an effect of the thyroid. I read that candida die-off can cause thyroid "sensations" such as pulsation and I believe that. The foods I am taking atm is lots of meat, sardines (I think B12 is very important), berries, 100% dark chocolate, walnuts, low carb veggies (including cruciferous), raw sauerkraut, eggs and dairy among other things. I am still experimenting with raw dairy because I want to finally know if it aids or hinders. Same as with eggs. But it seems like that anything that interferes with your mind can hinder healing from candida. Since dairy and eggs have lots of hormones, I think cutting them out might just be what is needed for any candida sufferer. Maybe that´s the reason why some people with candida don´t do well on keto, because they focus on too much dairy and eggs for it´s fat content. Did you eat any of these 2 on your keto? I´m also convinced that candida lowers your gastric acid capability, so you end up not being able to digest your food. So there is definitly a connection between acid and candida. They want a more alkaline ph, otherwise they can hardly survive. That´s why, at least in my opinion and experience, its so important to focus on acidic foods (that have a lower ph) until candida is resolved, anything with a higher ph will just hinder your digestion. You want to create the most acidic environment in your stomach, so stand no chance. I realize this during fasting, your stomach fights them by trying to lower the ph to "digest" them, they counteract. During fasting I notice that I digest something when I burp, and thats candida, not parasites as I have always though. carbonated water also helps a lot, as its very acidic. I do drink distilled and carbonated water. I think distilled is the best water for cleansing, but not right after eating, as its ph is not low enough to increase gastric acid production.
The next couple of days will tell if I should stay away from dairy and eggs or not. I have experimented with both many times. But I keep on thinking they are ok. I guess I´m just foolish to think they are beneficial for candida. They have some pros but for this condition I don´t think there are any. I am also experimenting with raw kefir again, because I think that might actually be good against candida. And I´ll add raw marrow. Maybe a keto diet with raw kefir might just be what I need. Adding a lot of the right kind of probiotics should be the right way to kick out candida I suppose. I believe dry aged meat would be the best for that. But it´s expensive. I also take good amounts of pumpkin seed oil and the mentioned dark chocolate because I think magnesium and copper are very important. Liver I can´t handle. Fish I don´t feel like except sardines. Another thing, I read that floaters can be a cause of candida (whereas I though it´s a sign for parasites), and one remedy for that seems to be good is hemp seed oil. When I used to take it, back then when I had no clue about candida, it did me well. So I´ll buy that again. Lastly, I started taking bee pollen again, which I consider superior over many foods. I want to be sure to have a good immune system if I get corona, that plus high vitamin C foods should do the trick I hope. Because if you have this candida issue, how can you be certain to have a good working immune system? Especially if it has to constantly fight candida? Therefore, better to ramp up the nutrition. Not that I am freaking out as many others do, but I rather be as healthy as possible if I get it.
Fasting is more about subtracting than adding.A lot of folks in the health movement seem to always want to add some "secret ingredient" to benefit their health:)
For example, health food store shelves are full of "detox" type of concoctions.None of which are any better than good old fasting IMHO.
With respect to fasting, less is more. But yeah, you can add lemon,as mentioned in my earlier post.
But other than taste, lemon won't be of any more benefit during a fast. Also,as I previously stated, you can experiment with prune juice(one day only-for elimination) after a week or two of fasting.
p.s. There also exists other type of protocols like the 3 day coconut oil "fast" for different purposes..etc...
But that's another story for another day
Close enough.Distilled is more like rain water so,to me,it seems more "natural".
I remember when I was in the Philippines, the owner of the house had a big open tank on the roof. They were able to catch free good quality water from the sky:)
p.s. You can make an argument that the water would pick up particulates from the air,but whatever,it's hard to find "perfect" water anywhere.
Undercooking is often a precedence to disaster as it allows bacteria to develop to an unlimited extent and is often related to experiences when 'dining out'. If it is safe to eat raw, why half cook it?
Completely unrelated to fasting, but glanced at the section on new posts and was stunned to see that there have only been 4 new posts on this whole site in the last 10 days. Looks like interest has tapered off a bit.
I had slid down to cooked paleo diet in 2016-2017 to cure a fungus mold infection, recipe, technique from Bervin Jackson https://www.bervinj.com/ , hats off to you, it worked.
I learned from that technique and proceeded to do a quick cure of my friend with stage 3 bone cancer combining raw paleo and Bervin Jackson's techniques with italian seasoning and turpentine.
Have a new 1 year old.
Got a divorce, started dating again, got new young wife. (yes, I'm considered a handsome, provider good catch here with Pick Up Artist skills)
Gained weight... and I don't feel like superman anymore.
I just turned 50.
I want a new batch of children.
And of course I want to raise them even better this time.
So I need strength and youth and what better way do I know than going back to raw paleo diet.
Did it for 8 wonderful years until that darn fungus mold thing hit (we moved homes to avoid the source).
So I started today with a diluted orange juice fast, raw duck eggs on stand by in case I get hungry.
I don't know how long this fast will take.
I then plan to just do wai diet first to lose some weight.
Then add red meat when I feel like it.
I'm now some 155 lbs.
I'd rather be some 135 lbs.
And I'd like to feel like superman again... business is good.
I'm teaching my teenage boys basic pick up skills and I would like to personally be out there with them.
I eat raw coconut about one time a week - I take it apart and drink the water and eat the meat, usually with about a cup of pineapple. Aajonus recommended the combo of pineapple and coconut cream for gallbladder stones and it has been helping me a lot for that. Plus the coconut feels nourishing and hydrating to me.
As far as I remember it was just a tablespoon with meals. Only for people who needed extra enzymes though.who doesnt need extra enzymes these days?
