unfortunately, it's really hard to get a hold of organ meats that are not factory raised in Norway, but Oslo is probably the best place to find it.

Look for a store named Helgø, it has one of the biggest selection of exotic meats. Also, any product with this logo on it



is organic, chemical free, and pasture feed.
