ive had a blood test and my levels in everything they would allow me to be tested for are Good in everything! very happy as have been eating more meat in 2018 than all of my 40 years before that put together probably and my family and friends have been worried. but im a picture of health. been eating approx 80% raw but 95% carnivore.. now quite primal yet..

the only thing that appeared to be a little high were my Monocytes... any idea what that is or why it might be high?

on 3 seperate occasions after eating raw beef i have had extreme violent stomach aches... to the point where i thought of phoning an ambulance. is this the meat working on me or is something seriously wrong? the pain subsided after a hefty stool passing or diorrhea. am i allergic to beef? or is it working on my toxic body /  overweight flabby middle?

just joined here afetr discovering SV3RINGE on youtube.... was vegan for years on and off tried all sorts... never any energy,... not tried raw meat yet but building up to it and currently looking for decent supplier in wales.
