Hey all, I just got an email nudge from the mods . Sorry but things get really busy on our farm as soon as the temps begin to warm. I get a chance to read once in a while but 5 A.M.  rolls around too soon for me to stay up late.

Still waiting to make the pemmican. I told  the local processor to save me some fat the next time they do some grass fed  cattle. also gonna get some grass fed pork fat so I can render some lard for cooking
