I always seem to hear that while eating it is best not to drink. But it seems as though right before I am about to eat, I always get extremely thirsty. I drink a little, but try not to drink too much right then. I am wondering who has some thoughts on this?
So look- my parents don't think ZC is healthy for someone who is still growing. Say if I can find someone who is high acclaimed or is a nutrionist (that would be impossible, as they wouldn't have passed any nutrionists tests) that suggests a ZC diet for kids? Or do any of you meat only men and women have children that eat this way too?
Well, I've been a carnivore (not raw yet, but I'll get there eventually) for the past month or two and I was wondering something. When you eat meats that have a good amount of carbs such as liver, do you think the carbs affect you? I read from some people that carbs in meats don't matter at all, but then I see some people saying they will probably make you gain some weight. I searched this but I couldn't find it, so I was wondering what the thought is here.
Hey. I decided to make a journal here. So you know a little about me, I am 14 years old, play baseball, run, mountain bike and I have been getting into rowing as of late. I currently eat carnivorously, though not raw yet. Hopefully I'll learn to enjoy the taste of raw meat. I do eat some raw cheese sometimes, though I dropped it a few days ago and I've lost 6 pounds since then....though at 5'6" and 105-115 I don't really need to drop any pounds. Also, do any of you guys use VFFs? I do.
First I'll tell a little about me. I am 14, athlete and all that stuff. Been eating carnivorously for a few weeks, though not raw. I came here because I got kicked out of dirtycarnivore.com for saying that what someone said sounded very hypocritical to me. They were talking about carb refeeds....what a screwed up ZC forum....
I am not eating raw as of now, but might in the future. Glad to meet you all.
