Has any of you tasted the brain and other organs of small animals like, lizard , snake, bird, frog and so on?
Are they healthy and sustainable in the long run if I can’t find larger animals where I live?

What you guys and girls think about fasting?
Do you think it is better than a paleo diet to cure illness?
I’ve always thought that I should fast to regenerate my body and then start a raw paleo diet to rebuilt my body.

Here I’ve found a very interesting link about fasting and mental illness which is my main issue.

My dad have a kidney transplant since 17 years,
I like to know if it will be helpful for him to follow a paleo diet?
Any thoughts about dialysis and renal transplant will be very appreciated.

My name is Nicolas I'm 25 years old and I’m from reunion island, witch is a French island in the Indian ocean, we are just next to Mauritius island.
