Hot Topics / Eating disorder checklist for raw vegans
« on: May 03, 2011, 10:12:47 am »
I have spent time in the raw vegan community.

They appear weak physcially, weak in the mind, and always chilled out and have the ''peace out brother'' attitude.

I made this for them, to help them and a friend of mine. Veganism of all sorts is dangerous and I see it in people.
Heck, even cooked animal foods could save a vegan

The best way for a raw vegan to cure himself and get out the cult is to only go 80 per cent, then eat 20 per cent anything else.
Then eventually forget veganism altogether.

I also believe a vegan is much more likely to believe in a globalist, cosmopolitan , multicultural and multi racial societies and forget all things like cultural and historical and racial identity.

eating disorder check list :

1)connect who you are and your identity to your diet

2)confidence and ego come from eating a diet

3) you could only feel complete and at ease with yourself when you follow a diet

4) binge and punish yourself on junk food

5) connect emotions to your diet

6) judge yourself by your diet, and judge people by theirs

7) have dietary ''racism'' and superiority

8) often feel hungry and starve yourself and are short tempered due to hunger

9) think your diet will make you special and different and better than others

Raw Weston Price / Anti Weston Pricer's are hypocrites
« on: October 16, 2010, 10:45:04 pm »
The say, all the tribes weston price studied got ill eventually, he didnt study them properly, etc etc.

yet they ate a raw paleo diet ?? are they implying that the raw paleo diet made them ill ?

They counter this by saying they got ill because they cooked their meat, they ate grains, or they ate dairy.

Yet, not all the tribes ate dairy, not all the tribes ate grains either.
They cooked some of their meat, ate some raw aswell.

Hot Topics / Cure Aids with raw milk

at 15 seconds

i support raw milk over pasteurised milk, however, saying it cures AIDS, is quite frankly, absurd and ludicrous.
And it gives everyone who supports raw milk a bad name

Hot Topics / is this a raw food forum or a raw meat forum
« on: October 15, 2010, 08:55:30 am »
theres a difference. i know many raw meat eaters (3, to be exact) who emphasise eating raw meat but eat cooked vegetables and other cooked food, saying some foods are better cooked, like potatoes, but foods like meat, should be eaten raw

I read grains activate morphine receptors in the brain, which may explain their addictiveness

Did anyone else find it difficult to give up bread ?

Hot Topics / An idea to make fish farms healthier
« on: June 08, 2010, 08:53:25 pm »
Most fish farms are loaded with mercury, fed GMO corn, and soaked in pcb's etc.

My idea would be make a fish farm, salmon or whatever, and only feed the farm spirulina.

This would make healthy fish, and not pollute the ocean as much.

Thoughts ? Would this work ?

Hot Topics / Raw cow butter has no calcium ?
« on: April 23, 2010, 08:55:17 pm »
Regarding Weston A Price and the Swiss, I wonder what people's opinions are of this.

http://www.healingourchildren.net/food_nutrition_health.htm

They basically lived off dairy, rye bread, assuming the rye was soaked and sprouted, and meat.

The chart has butter as having no calcium ? I have also read that butter also has no casein in it.
Of course maybe I'm misunderstanding it?

I mention this because people are against raw butter as it distorts the calcium ratio, yet it doesn't have any ? And the testimonials of people who strengthened their teeth using raw butter cannot be ignored. Raw milk and cheese are different though and may cause the raw dairy problems people go on about.
