New and with bowel/appendix problems
« on: August 12, 2012, 11:07:57 pm »
Hello,

My english not very good but will try anyway. I have pain in around my bowel and bladder and appendix from belly to right side. I am told by doctor no culture in urine, and kidneys good and she say I am fine. I am obviously not fine, but am not yet in bad state enough for operation for anything so shes not worry.

I have read fasting for appendicitis, but I am not sure if I do have appendicitis so maybe not fast? Instead I give my bowels rest by drinking liquids only for days. I can't help myself so I eat meal once every few days by accident! I am thinking to curb hunger I should eat raw lamb and pork fat and stick to vegetable juices for a few weeks, or should I fast? The article I read said fast for 2 weeks but I do not think I can do that, its such long time and I am skinny person. Maybe I could fast every second day, and eat fat and vegetable juice on other days?

Thank you for any help

I cure people with appendicitis here in Manila with 1/2 cup of Dr. Tam's Miracle Tea.
http://www.curemanual.com/detox-protocols-and-treatments/colon-cleansing/doctor-tams-miracle-tea/

We have a member here who cured his appendicitis with senna tea.

You could also try 60 ml of castor oil.

These are just ideas, you are responsible for your own health.

I would guess that if you are thin, fasting is an unhealthy idea. I would tend to do what goodsamaritan suggests.

Where do you live?

Are you eating a raw diet?  If so tell us the details.
Cheers

Thank you Goodsamaritan, I will order some senna tea. I have olive oil in supermarket so will take lots of olive oil and juice between cups of my senna tea which will hopefully keep my bodyweight heavy. I read olive oil and juice can be cleaning of bowels too, but has energy for me. How many days should I do this?

Raw-al I live in Sydney now for long time but was from Amman. I eat everything, raw and cooked, but mostly cooked, but now I think more raw will be good for me.  I love cooked lamb and beef and and rice and pea. I love hash brown and bacon. I eat lots of banana and yogurt, and love raw onion and raw garlic and raw chilli.
For raw meat I eat raw organs as they are meant to be healthy for you, when I get them fresh from butcher.

No I have not. I have been reading this forum and read this
http://www.rawpaleodietforum.com/general-discussion/staying-raw-in-winter/msg97848/#msg97848
"Eat a piece or 2 of high meat, every day, clean out. When I eat congesting/cheat foods I take an elixir of DE, magnesium, and MSM before bed. It sweeps my GI tract clean of inflammation and congestion. Do it a few nights in a row and a high meat appetizer in the morning." - Adora

I will try this, but will need some time to make high meat, and use senna tea instead of her elixir as I do not understand those DE or MSM. I hope the high meat does not make me sick, it sounds bad but I have some faith I think. I will try anything at the moment as I am in pain  on and off  and the doctors do not help me :(

The high meat stinks but just hold your nose. After a few times it is not so bad. It will improve your digestion and some say it is mood enhancing.

I have seen pictures of raw meat, and sometimes it is has a green tinge... Isn't green meat bad? I have seen blood and meat go green if air tight packaged meat left in fridge too long, and they say you can die from like that.

Follow instructions for making high meat, which includes exposure to air every day. If there is not sufficient air, the wrong bacteria will grow.

There are threads on here about making high meat. Takes about a month before it is ready, although it doesn't hurt to have it before it is ready. : )

I search and find http://www.rawpaleodietforum.com/display-your-culinary-creations/high-meat-recipe-preparation-for-more-advanced-rafers/
but I am not sure do you mix the high meat as you age it or do you just leave it to sit the whole time? otherwise I think in between pieces bad bacteria will grow.

Thank you for all answers

Just make sure that the meats are put in containers, half of which should contain air, and that the containers get aired every 2 days for a minute or two.

I want to put in a good word for eating simple raw food, as that has helped me overcome a lot of inflammation in my digestive tract and joints. I started out with a two-week commitment to eating raw only, and that I limited to raw animal foods and a few fruits. Problems that I used to seek medicines for have been healed. While some people prefer to switch to raw meats gradually, I was in too much distress to make a slow transition. I do not use purgatives like senna because their action is irritating. There are some healing ayurvedic preparations that do not irritate, if you have an ayurvedic practitioner in your area.

Would I eat lots of soluble fibre when I do the flush? Is fibre cleansing a different and separate cleanse? If the fibre is going to be flushed out quickly, it would have a good plumbing effect I think. What do you all think? Or maybe just cause more blockages and stop my appendix from unblocking?

Chewed or blended greens and raw meat all work well for beginning gut healing and rebalancing gut microbes, I found greens blended with liver and kidneys very healing. And then the daily consumption of raw variety meats when hungry has been been very helpful.... (Next I just need to stop drinking hard drugs like coffee!)
