Has anybody tried High Eggs? And how did you do them? I read that the chinese sometimes eat rotten eggs which are decades old. But I don“t want to wait 10 years for that one

Could you do them as u do High Meat? Like crack them open, put them in a glass jar and air them every 2-3 days for a month or more? Or does the egg need to be closed and stand for many months/years to become "High"?
