Do glands regenerate after abuse?
« on: April 21, 2018, 08:35:44 pm »
I was abusing steroids for 5 years straight and they worked..
I decided to get off them to see where i stand..

And i cant function now.. im in my mid 20's and my testosterone stands at 350 ng/dl..  thats the bottom..

My testicles are very small now and empty.. no semen..

My LH and FSH as well as HGH and IGF1 are all very high on blood work..

I am desperatly need help i have no energy to live..

Its either going for hormonal replacement or there is a way to regenerate my testicular axis..

Will my glands regenerate on RAW MEAT diet?

I cant focus.. i cant concentrate.. i barely think ever since i stoped taking anabolic steroids.. and my memory suffers hard.. i am really understanding now how important is testosterone for the brain.. its the ultimate fuel..

Will i recover with raw meat or should i go the hormonal replacement path?

Raulik,
I am sorry to hear about your unfortunate situation. I cannot say for certain that your problems will go away by adopting a paleolithic diet, but, in my opinion, you stand only to gain, by making the right choice in terms of your diet. The odds are in your favor, that your health and looks will improve to levels you have never experienced before.

Personally speaking, I am not a member in a gym, but have found my muscles to be toned, at levels comparable to some steroid users. My traps are big, forearms ripped, and when I flex my back, I can see a "backpack". This is meant, not to brag, but to give you hope in curing your glands, by illustrating that testosterone levels can be high, in thanks to dietary choice.

I hope this helps, and don't hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.

If one is really ill, then one usually takes c.2-3 years before really major conditions are sorted out, so don't expect quick fixes. I myself tried various raw thyroid supplements from Dr Ron's, and herbal ones and none of them worked. One thing that really seems to boost testosterone levels is near-infrared light therapy. I have tried it myself in recent weeks, and the boost to testosterone was quite amazing. Obviously, this should be done in conjunction with a RVAF diet as well.

In the 1970's I used to take dried raw glandulars, sometimes consuming an entire bottle of desiccated liver in just a few days. I am a big believer in raw glandular therapy but these days I can't afford to buy them in the quantities I want so I have been consuming raw glandular meat smoothies for the past several years. Liver, kidney, sweetbreads (thymus), tripe, heart and bull testicles. I've consumed them all in the past. I used to think that it was the bull testicles that were doing the most good and were the ones mostly responsible for raising my testosterone but recently I've been consuming liver and sweetbread smoothies only and they seem to be the ones that are doing the trick. I read that liver has the most vitamins and that the thymus is the gland that produces T cells. (I always thought it was the thyroid.) The thymus is the gland responsible for the immune system and is also believed to contribute to youth and vigor. (The thymus is largest during puberty and almost disapears when you reach the age of 50.)

I did 40 dips last week and 25 pullups the week before and the best part is I'm 60 years old and managed to get rid of my gray hair naturally. I don't know if it will cure your condition but am confident that it will definitely help and be the best thing you can do for yourself.

What I do is buy the meat in large quantities, take it home, slice it up thin and put it in plastic baggies in my freezer. Several times a day I take one out, whack it on the counter to break it up and dump it in my food processor to grind it up and slowly add water till it reaches the right smoothie consistency. I own a pretty good slicer so I can freeze the meat into blocks, take it out for an hour or two and slice it with my slicer while still slightly frozen. I don't bother with the liver anymore because they sell calves liver sliced and individually frozen already.

OH, this site comes highly recommended. It uses 4 wavelengths unlike some others which use only two. Plus, it is priced at more reasonable rates than competitors.

Tyler, what site, it's missing.

Try eating testicles,  rocky mountain oysters.  eat about three tablespoons at a time.

Thanks for mentioning my omission. Here is the site:-

https://redlightman.com

One caution:- I felt very energised afterwards, but a much older acquaintance who used the device, a cooked-foodist, felt fatigue afterwards. The fatigue always happens to people who are unwell in some way, apparently. Just a sign that detox is happening, and nothing to worry about...

Would you be please kind enough to make Video of your organs/meat smoothies and how you slice the frozen meat etc.

Five years of hormonal abuse can definitely cause major long term damage and I agree with Tyler, that it may take a couple of years maybe longer before the glands can regenerate after undergoing such prolonged abuse...Artificial hormone replacement should only be considered as a last resort for people already to far gone for natural rejuvenation protocol. For someone in their twenties I would recommend opting for a long term natural healing protocol, which includes large portion raw animal foods that include a good balance of Fats, glands and organ meat...along with an overall holistic lifestyle approach.

I am also a huge supporter of light therapy, and recommend a combination of regular nude sunbathing and Red light therapy to help maximize natural rejuvenation.

I would recommend at least a two year commitment to naturally addressing the issue before seeking out any other medical options, and if the glands are still capable of rejuvenation you should slowly begin to notice some improvements over the next few months.
