Hello,
After suffering from various digestive problems (starting with acid reflux to leaky gut & constipation which I'm still healing from) over the last 10 years of my life; I've tried a few common diets such as vegetarian, vegan and omnivore. It's been 3 days since I started eating raw meat (after about a week of watching Sv3rige and AV's videos) and I'm experiencing strange symptoms. I should mention that I live in Norway and its very hard (and expensive) to find grass-fed meats. Over the last 3 days, I've had some rib-eye steak (100 grams approx), some tartar (100 grams ground meat) and sirloin steak (80-90 g).
Symptoms:
1) Slight bloating after eating raw meat - lasts almost 3 hours after eating
2) random itch all over the body with episodes of creepy / crawly sensations
3) slight chills every now and then
4) fatigue / drowsy feeling especially after eating raw meat
Are these just detox symptoms?
I've stopped using my probiotics (Naturewise - Time release probiotic) since this morning, but I haven't felt any different
