Which high meat do you prefer?

Hi. This is my first high meat attempt. I read it helps with depression so I'm gonna give it a go. I'm going to use kirkland organic ground beef from Costco. I've seen people do cow liver, cow heart, fish and beef. I know organs are probably optimal. Which do you prefer?

Raw tongue. Best to ensure any high-meat is 100% grassfed or wild, though. Oh, and ignore AV's marble-sized recommendations, try to eat as much as you can for the full effect.
