Besides "We Want to Live" does anyone have book recommendations for the raw paleo diet?

I'm aware of one other book by author Melissa Henig which also discusses raw meat but I haven't read either.

The Guerre du Cru by Guy-Claude Burger was in English online. Cannot find it now. You should pm Iguana about this.

What does the title mean?  I understand guerre means war, but what about the rest?

Melissa Henig's book on the Raw Paleo Diet is basically paraphrased material from Aajonus' books. It is a very thin book, and I do not remember seeing anything novel in it.
