How did it start? Did you break something that day? Is it both feet?

I never had foot pain, and it started the very day my daughter was born January 2024.. i had already been off work for a week i was Relaxed and well rested and after the child's birth I had another three months off of work. I've never had any type of foot pain before. Im not a very consistent primal dieter.

Pain/ Disease/ Sickness/ Conditions/ Symptoms = Acidosis (i.e Toxemia, since toxins are acidic)

It may be time to get more consistent. Grade things you do by best/ better / worse / worst. Start by eliminating worst, then worse, then better, until you have only the best. Don't expect immediate results, but measure improvement.

Be reasonable. Change footwear, don't overwork your aching foot. Consider changing your walking style. Use a cane or crutches/wheelchair some of the time if that helps. Try hot baths. Avoid wheat, particularly conventional. Ease up on the salt and alcohol and sweets, except honey. If you're fat, consider if losing weight might help.
