Hi Everyone,
« on: October 14, 2009, 04:41:01 am »
I live in Indiana and just watched the wife swap episode that aired with the lady that ate " High meat". I am 53 and enjoy my beef" Extra" rare. My husband says It is barly warm. I enjoy Shushi and have tried Kefir, but the grains didn't grow well in Store bought milk and I can't seem to get my milk goats to produce. They dry up after a couple of days. I would really enjoy info about producing high meat. I would also like to find somewhere to purchase more kefir grains and the mushroom for the tea. I really want to learn. Thanks for sharing. Bright blessings.

This forum is for those who eat what our ancestors could have got while naked with a sharp stick - see
http://www.paleodiet.com/ , Ben Balzer's article is one of the best.
You might like the "Primal Diet", that includes dairy.

Good luck on your quest.

Here's info on preparing "high-meat":-

You might ask questions re kefir/grains and that mushroom/tea question on the Weston-Price forum as it's best suited for this sort of thing.
