The most paleo-related movie i know of
« on: February 03, 2010, 05:22:42 pm »
I think people on this forum would very much enjoy this movie, i loved it, it's probably in my top 5.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0756683/

trailer: http://www.manfromearth.com/MFE-Media-Trailer.html

plot: An impromptu goodbye party for Professor John Oldman becomes a mysterious interrogation after the retiring scholar reveals to his colleagues he is an immortal who has walked the earth for 14,000 years

The movie is on most torrent sites and the producer is for file-sharing so don't hesitate to download it. It's also on DVD and BluRay.

Cool - I'll check it out.

My favorite paleo movies...hhmmm...

"Quest For Fire" was cool, but I don;t remember "Clan of the Cave Bear". I suspect it wasn;t cool, though.

The intro to "2001" was incredible, as is the opening of the first "X-Files" movie.

All other animals run away when scared (if they can). Humans grab a pointed stuck and chase it - whatever it was that scared them - into the wasteland to kill it. Yeah...

I remembered why I did not watched this movie at that time. It looked like a cheep one and still does.

Anyway after picking at it yesterday I found something one professor said that is interesting " humans are designed to live longer but we are slowly poisoning ourselves", all of this while drinking johnnie walker green and smiling. A lot of people have this attitude.
