In the article it says that the life expectancy for women in Cuba is 105 ?????

The 105 figure is Pravda propaganda, but it is interesting that Cuba's life expectancy is slightly higher than the USA's ( -- 78.3 vs. 78.2 -- likely within the error margin, but it's amazing that Cuba manages to match the USA's life expectancy given Cuba's poverty. I think part of the reason is that they don't have new, highly processed and artificial foods coming out every year. They are still eating fairly traditional, low-processed foods, as compared to wealthier nations.
