I've seen a woman wondering the street in a tropical city, she was apparently a junkie and had flies all over the gaping holes in her arms.

I've taken raw grassfed goat milk and raw biodynamic cream that sat at room temperature for a couple of months that gathered maggots, and I rubbed it on my skin instead of soap and rinsed with water.  Where I did that after the shower my skin was like a (healthy) baby's.

I have coconut cream with maggots in it right now.  Do you think I can use it?  These maggots are big.
