Alright, welcome.  My email to you got through.

Just poke around here and you will find we all subscribe to a gluten free lifestyle.

Sort of like preaching to the choir.

Post a little intro about you in the appropriate section.

Thanks for showing me the site, it looks very informative. My goal and hope is that even though most of the site members are gluten free like you said I hope if they like my site they will forward it on to someone that may be able to use the information. One thing with my site that i find to be a positive is that there is no ads, I do not sell anything, and it is easy to read.

The sites in my signature used to have no ads.
But to sustain the sites, feed it info and maintain it, I found I needed at least something.
Although I'm a web developer, I still have to pay my web designers and the time I spend writing new articles.

I love your site design. I have an eye for people like you who have just been cured and been inspired to let this information out.

Try replying in my blogs with your website link and I'll approve it.

Also take a look at raw paleo diet.  If you think being gluten free rocks the house, you have to see raw meat and raw fat rock the house even more.

Live Tuesday, June 8th. 10 AM

this man knows his stuff about the gut

Awesome interview.

Maybe you can transcribe and search what the man was saying about some kind of tests to see the stomach and intestinal lining.  And he has supplements to heal to vili much faster than just gluten abstinence.

Your site lists many "foods" that are not:

pizza
waffle fries
brownies
pancakes.

I think you meant to say "junk".

Hi Klowcrab, How are you thank you for the feedback but the items you listed that you saw on my site have been modified to be Gluten Free, there is a disclaimer below the list that states that but i can see how some people may be confused by the way I have it listed so in the future i may try and find another way to list it. I wanted people that are unaware of Celiac to understand that they are not having to give up all their favorite foods as long as they are modified to be Gluten Free. Thanks again for the input.

With all due respect, candy cigarettes are still candy. The best thing to do is have people enjoy food as it is in nature: meat, some dairy, fruits and vegetables if they choose, maybe nuts. Not eat food that is highly insuligenic and pretending to be something as a reward food. I don't know why someone would take so much effort to make a gluten free pizza when you can make delicious steak and eggs, and get out of your head the idea of foods as masquerades.

I think some people are in a transition stage and those inventions help with the transition.

I guess we can agree to disagree. :D I see your point but I know personally for me I had such bad dietary habits before being sick that the Gluten Free Life that i live at this point is a drastic change for me and in time may modify it more but I know personality and I have to take steps to succeed.

Aajonus seems to have a different theory on what causes Celiac.

"Celiac is caused by combining certain foods with foods containing gluten", like: "tomatoes, strawberries, apples, pineapple, citrus and apple cider vinegar".

He recommends the nut formula because starches are needed in such a case.

You can try the nut formula (blended raw butter, honey, eggs and nuts) to see if you feel better.
