Phil, tell me about it.I used to work for a juice company.I also had a juicer at home and regularly made fresh pineaple/strawbery juice, cantelope juice,watermelon...etc.I was sold on juicing.I thought with juicing all else I needed were a few pistachios and I would be in heaven.

It made so much sense at the time. Now,I'm wolfing down grass-finished beef 8)

Who woulda thunk it? ;) One thing that saved my ass a little bit was when I met A.V. back in about '97.Through him I decided to include more meat(decided on cooked at the time),and raw eggs in my smoothies. However,I found his info kind of disorganized, and he didn't criticize fruits too much(or enough I guess) at that time.I felt he was more concerned with fighting politicians to save raw dairy than anything else.

I wish I would have been introduced to Paleo and/or ZC a long time ago.Oh wait,I do remember reading about a guy named Ward Nicholson but the info was spotty and I didn't pay much attention to it at the time.
