Unrefined Sea Salt Structures Water

Would a dash of unrefined sea salt structure and alkalize water like a lemon squeeze would?

I dunno but I find water with a tiny dash of salt hydrates me better then pure RO water.

I agree completely. For about a week I've been waking up with a mouth drier than the Sahara. I added more salt to my diet and it stopped happening.

That's my experience also. I don't recall ever picking up a salt shaker.

However I am fascinated with the discussion about the dry mouth in the AM as I have been like that for many years
