What is the difference between red meat and white meat? Does one have different nutritional properties from the other?

Red meat has a significant amount of heme iron used by the animals body to produce hemoglobin which gives red blood cells their red color. This in turn makes the meat red. Animals such as cows need slow twich fibers for constant activity all day such as simply standing, the slow twitch fibers use hemoglobin for a constant supply of slow energy.

Of course, different meats are most likely better at different times for different people.
I eat primarily red meat, but then I remember RawZi saying that red meat makes her head hurt.

I eat fish 75% of the time. It digests fast, so it gives instant energy. Red meat for me tends to be heavier.

I eat red meat when it's in season or when I hunt large game or fowl.

Chicken and domestic rabbit is supposed to be white meat, but when i eat wild rabbit and wild grouse their meat is red... but when my domestic rabbit died, which was a pet so he was 'free range' his meat was red.

Mabye their meat is white because they dont get to move around enough?
That's not paleo.
