Forum Upgraded to 1.1.6

The forum has been upgraded from 1.1.5 to 1.1.6. It's a bug fix and security update but I noticed a couple of things I had to tweak such as the categorized who's online list and a couple issues on the back end.

If you notice any oddities please let me know here or in the suggestions forum.
