Fruit with avocado cream
« on: June 18, 2011, 07:53:55 pm »

Mashed up ripe avocado with banana and cherries. The avocado makes it more filling/easier not to eat too much fruit.

I might also try adding cocoa powder sometime for an indulgence.

Yuck!
Cause and effect are distant in time and space in complex systems, while at the same time there’s a tendency to look for causes near the events sought to be explained. Time delays in feedback in systems result in the condition where the long-run response of a system to an action is often different from its short-run response. — Ronald J. Ziegler

And spot on!  ;D

I hate banana's and love both cherry's and avo's. Seeing the above displayed mash confuses me a bit. Whats wrong with eating them the way they come? To me fruits usually taste best on their own. Strawberries with cream may be an exception though...Still wouldn't mash the berries.

In fact dairy is the only thing that tastes and makes other thing taste better combined as opposed to single. Things like butter/honey, and shakes:
milk/honey, milk/butter/honey, milk/eggs, milk/eggs/honey, milk/eggs/butter/honey*, milk/fruit
*truly awesome!

I guess Iguana would say its because its not an initial food. He's prob right but for now dairy makes me feel strong and energetic so I'll keep it in  ;D

It's not a philosophical point, it's a recipe. I made it and I liked it. If it doesn't fit with instincto or you don't like bananas then bloody eat them seperately.  ;D
