Austrailian Goat

I have found place that sells Australian goat that's 4.99 per pound and was going to try it out.
It comes from an ethnic store that also sells domestic goat for 6 per pound.

Believe it or not they also sell goat brain for 4.99 a pound.

Any one know much about Australian goat?

Also how much brain could one eat?

I am still waiting for my butcher to get back and am trying out different kinds of fat. Is brain not suitable to eat on a regular basis in order to obtain enough fat?
